1.run command in cmd
npm install react-bootstrap bootstrap

2.after install add this to index.js
import 'bootstrap/dist/css/bootstrap.min.css';

3. add this, or similar to the js files that would be using the individual components
import {Navbar, Nav, Button} from 'react-bootstrap';
{/* The following line can be included in your src/index.js or App.js file*/}

import 'bootstrap/dist/css/bootstrap.min.css';
//open the project in cmd  and install the bootstrap,popper and jquery libraries
npm install bootstrap jquery popper.js

//import this in your index.js like this
import 'bootstrap/dist/css/bootstrap.min.css';
import 'bootstrap/dist/js/bootstrap.bundle.min';
import $ from 'jquery';
import Popper from 'popper.js';
